I mostly work with high-achieving women, helping them navigate anxiety, imposter syndrome and self-doubt, so they can feel more confident, in control, and aligned with their true selves, going for their wildest dreams without doubt.

A little bit about me
I’m Olya, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) and the founder of Work In Progress, a space dedicated to helping you overcome anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome and burnout so you can create the life you truly want. I am based in London but work with clients around the world through tailored online therapy sessions and group workshops.
Like many of my clients, I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery. My work is based on the belief that self-development isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. One step at a time.
