I use an evidence-based approach that combines cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and clinical hypnosis to help you get out of unhealthy vicious cycle, and build lasting positive changes in your life.

It is goal oriented and time-focused. I don’t want you to become dependent on me to create change in your life. During our sessions I’ll teach you practical tools and techniques that will allow you to become your own “therapist.”

How we’ll work together

All sessions are always tailored to you, and you get free hypnosis and meditation recordings whenever we do it during the session. You also have unlimited support via email.

  • A chance for us to get to know each other. This is your chance to ask any questions about therapy. I also need to assess if I would be able to help you. I never take clients outside of my sphere of competence but will be happy to refer you to a colleague who would be a better fit.

  • Space for us to get to know each other, discuss what brought you here, and set clear therapy goals and decide on the plan.

  • Structured to help you develop self-awareness, challenge negative thinking patterns, and build practical coping strategies.

    The number of sessions needed will be determined during our first session but usually my clients need 4-6 sessions to see results.

  • We can work with a wide range of issues, from anxiety to gaining more confidence in public speaking to overcoming your phobias and fears. During our free introductory call we’ll discuss what you would like to focus on. I never take on cases that fall outside my sphere of competence, and will happily refer you to the specialist who will be a better fit.

  • Yes, absolutely! All evidence-based hypnosis is in-fact self-hypnosis.

    Have you ever been so absorbed in a book, or a movie that you didn’t notice how the time passed by? Basically that is what hypnosis is - focused attention which you use to imagine things. You are the one doing the imagining, I am just there to guide you through the process, give you suggestions.

  • Yes, absolutely. However, while one session might be enough to learn some tools and techniques, you’ll need on average 4-6 sessions to start seeing changes in your life.

    Most of the work and transformation happens between our sessions, when you start applying things on practice.

    However, one-off sessions are amazing for learning self-hypnosis skills, or for relieving stress (through personalised hypnosis).
