IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note, that you are responsible for any import shipping and taxes if you live outside of the United Kingdom (all orders are dispatched from London).

Contact your Customs office to learn more about the charges, as they vary from country to country.

Damaged orders

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery if your order has arrived damaged, and we can discuss the replacement.

Returns

If something is not as you expected, you can return unused products within 14 days of delivery. You will get a full refund (apart from the delivery fee). Please contact me to arrange the return.
