Therapy is a process, and while many clients start noticing positive changes within 3-4 sessions, the number of sessions needed depends on your individual circumstances, goals, and the work you’re able to put in between sessions. Lasting change takes time, which is why I offer 3-session and 6-session packages to provide structured support and help you build on your progress.
That said, I know that committing to therapy can feel like a big decision. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right fit for you, you’re always welcome to book a single session: no pressure, no obligation to continue. This is your journey, and I’m here to support you at your own pace. 💛
