Three Session Therapy Package
This 3-session therapy package is designed to help you gain clarity, build awareness, and start applying tools that create real change.
Through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), we will:
Identify the situation that causes anxiety, stress and self-doubt, and set goals on what we want to achieve in therapy
Work through unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours
Introduce practical strategies to improve confidence, resilience, and well-being
Includes:
1 x 90-minute deep dive session (assessment & goal setting)
2 x 60-minute follow-up sessions
